How do I use the cameras and screens GTMI rooms 401 and 431?

Make sure your laptop is turned on and logged in.

Connect the HDMI cable from he middle of the conference table to your laptop. Use any adapters necessary. The screen will turn on automatically when it receives a signal from your laptop.

Connect the USB cable from the middle of the conference table to your laptop. Use any adapters necessary. Your computer should recognize the Logitech sound-bar as a webcam, microphone and speaker.

Make sure to select the Logitech device within the settings of Zoom, Teams or other meeting apps.
